Entertainment @ Dakota Hotel, Manchester

Dakota Hotel in Manchester opened its door for bookings for the first time on Saturday but before that, we were on hand to provide entertainment for their official launch party! Featuring a host of acts from different genres of the Manchester entertainment scene, it was truly a night that nobody will ever forget.

Welcoming guests into the hotel were our gorgeously dressed meet and greet dancers who were offering up a vintage Hollywood/Gatsby-inspired look. Sporting immaculately coiffured feather head wear alongside stunning suits and dresses, they were a sight to be seen and guests were notably impressed by their impressive footwork as the night wore on. Oh to be a dancer!

What is a launch party without some music? We were delighted to spot top string trio Ember in the corner of one room, providing their unique arrangements of current pop hits. Classical BRIT Award nominees from last year, they are quite the talents!

Heading out onto the terrace and guests were able to enjoy the spellbinding talent of James, one of our singer-pianists who played the perfect background accompaniment for the occasion. If guests were looking to enjoy a quiet chat with a friend over a drink and a canapé, this was the perfect entertainment choice for the surroundings. We have to say the view wasn’t half bad either!

Our headline Manchester entertainment choice for the evening was a five-piece jazz band fronted by the wonderful Megan! We have been working with Megan for years and with her vocals and the backing band’s superb abilities with their respective instruments, many attendees were only too happy to stand back and enjoy what was a wonderful experience.

All in all, it was a fabulous party that we were only too happy to be involved with. We wish the very best of luck to the Dakota Hotel in Manchester and cannot wait to return at some point for a night in the hotel!
