Hello, we’re Trevor George Entertainments, and now that we have this spiffy new website, we thought it was time we properly introduced ourselves. As you’ve no doubt surmised by now, Trevor George is an entertainment agency, one with a fascinating history*, and one that prides itself on “regional knowledge with national coverage”…
But what exactly does that mean?
Regional knowledge with national coverage
To us, it’s all about being able to offer high quality entertainment to private events, corporate functions, hotels and more, all over the country. It means that we’ve made it our goal to build up the country’s most comprehensive database of performers so that we can offer the most amazing magicians in Manchester, the best wedding bands in Wolverhampton, tight-rope walkers in Teesside, comedians in Colchester, and so on and so forth.
It also means we make it our business to know all of the UK’s best events venues and suppliers to make sure that our acts are able to seamlessly fit into the proceedings.
But most importantly, it means that no matter where your event is, or how obscure your entertainment requirements, we have the contacts, the expertise and the experience to make it happen.
Entertainment with a purpose
Much like our sister agency Sternberg Clarke, we believe entertainment can be much more than simply “a bit of music after dinner”. So we’re able to work together with our clients to create performances and shows that are meaningful, memorable and purposeful. That purpose might be anything from launching a product to celebrating a birthday, telling a brand’s story to creating an unforgettable Christmas party.
We’ll be using this blog to show just some of the ways you can use entertainment to do amazing things at your event. We’ll share some of our recent events, new acts we’ve discovered, as well as some top tips for making your event entertainment run as smoothly as possible.
