A former member of the Great Britain Paracanoe squad, Kelda Wood has since established Climbing Out, a charity that helps disabled youngsters achieve to the highest of their capability. Throughout her life, Kelda has not allowed her disability to hold her back, not only being selected for the Great British squad but also managing to climb the 7 highest summits in 7 continents and managing to visit both the North and South Poles. An inspiration to all, Kelda Wood is a remarkable person and her story is well worth a listen. A true inspiration.
