As Managing Director of Mission Excellence, Justin works with clients to accelerate organisational effectiveness. Justin partners with huge corporations like 3M and Microsoft, public sector organisations like Bank of England and NATO, and world championship-winning sports franchises such as Mercedes F1, to explore what drives high performing teams.
A former RAF fighter pilot, Justin graduated as top cadet of his officer training entry and went on to fly the Tornado F3, taking part in both training and operational deployments all over the world. Justin was subsequently selected for the Red Arrows, where he served three years on the team, performing over 250 displays worldwide.
